How much space does it need?

The chair measures 80 cm wide × 90 cm deep × 60 cm high. Allow the full 80 × 90 cm floor footprint plus enough room to sit down and stand up comfortably.

Does the Kumo Chair need assembly?

There is no conventional furniture assembly. Kumo arrives vacuum-packed and rolled. Unroll it, allow the foam to expand, place the sculpted backrest insert into the cover and position the foam-filled liners. Shappy states setup takes under 5 minutes and full expansion can take up to 48 hours.

Can I wash the cover?

Yes. The outer corduroy cover is removable and machine washable at 30°C. Follow the care label. The cotton inner liners keep the foam contained while the outer cover is removed.

What is the maximum user weight?
