Warranty and complaints
We take every effort to ensure that our products are delivered in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged during transportation or if you encounter any issues that qualify for a warranty claim, we have you covered. Each product is covered by the legal guarantee, which ensures that it performs as expected under normal use.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use.
- Parts that undergo normal wear and tear.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties, not approved by AlmaVida or the product's supplier/manufacturer.
If you have a complaint, we strive to resolve it promptly and to your satisfaction. Quality is of utmost importance to us, and we value our customers feedback. If you encounter any issues, we kindly ask you to contact us first by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve the issue, you have the option to file a complaint for mediation with Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
Alternatively, if necessary, you can also submit complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform.
